The Aerospace industry requires very specific controls and certifications for it's contractors to adhere to before any order is placed. For this reason, Chemtool Incorporated has invested a number of resources in order to test and qualify their products for Full ESA designation. Pratt & Whitney has awarded Chemtool Incorporated with approvals for Lubricut 1050 PMC 9397 (also has full ESA approval) and our NuSol HP PW, PMC number 9394. As a result of our investment, we now see finishes that are cleaner, we have prolonged the manufacturers tool life and extended sump life across a wide variety of applications.

Lubricut 1050 is a high performance semi synthetic based metalworking fluid designed specifically for demanding precision applications such as tapping and broaching of both ferrous and aluminum alloys without the use of a chlorinated additive.
Metalworking Fluids Semi Synthetics	Metalworking Fluids	Lubricut 4280	Lubricut 4280 is a heavy duty synthetic coolant formulated for the machining of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Lubricut 4280 provides an optimum balance of lubricity and detergency for both machine cleanliness and high quality finishes on machined parts.
Metalworking	NUSOL® Series	NUSOL® 21 High Performance	NUSOL® 21 High Performance offers all the benefits of the Supreme with the added lubricity for aluminum alloys by using synthetic oils rather than the high viscosity petroleum oils. In fact HP base synthetic oil is nearly 5 times the viscosity for better film strength on tough applications.

Metalworking Fluids Semi Synthetics	1%-50% Oil Based Micro Emulsion Metalworking Fluids	Lubricut 1152	Formulated to perform as well as the LC 1144 but it is chlorine free. The product contains 2% sulfur and is non staining on aluminum. Recommended for aerospace accounts that typically have a restriction on chlorine.
