| SOLUBLE OILS |
LUBRIDRAW 3363 |
CT 3363 RP is viscous yet completely emulsifiable drawing oil concentrate. It is very stable in hard and soft water. CT 3363 RP is designed for the most severe drawing and blanking operations on cold rolled steel and stainless steel as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum. |

| SOLUBLE OILS |
LUBRIDRAW 3320 |
Water soluble heavy duty hard water stable D&S fluid with 20% chlorine. Superior corrosion protection. |
| SOLUBLE OILS |
LUBRIDRAW 3350 |
Soluble oil that contains 33% chlorine. Wide range of dilutions for moderate to very heavy duty piercing and drawing of steel. Require a high alkaline down stream cleaner to remove residue from heavy oil. |
 |
| STRAIGHT OILS |
CT 3359 |
A non-pigmented, chlorinated straight oil for stamping and deep drawing of ferrous metal, particularly steel. CT 3359 is a blend of mineral and fatty oils with a 17% chlorine EP package. It is used for drawing automotive clutch plates and torque converters. CT 3359 has a viscosity of 800 SUS and is cleanable in any standard cleaning system. |
| STRAIGHT OILS |
CT 3337-TC |
CT 3337-TC is a highly chlorinated straight oil (44%) which can be used on all metals and is designed for deep drawing applications. Effective for piercing steel, armor plate and stainless steel. CT 3337-TC can be used neat or cut back with naphthenic oil. This product is easily cleaned by conventional methods due to the addition of a water soluble surfactant. However, cleaning should be done as soon as possible because the chlorine EP package will harden in time. |
| SYNTHETICS |
CT 3417 |
Synthetic, chlorinated product that can be used neat or diluted up to 20:1. This product can be used in light to medium drawing operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Applications include roll forming and drawing of oil filter cans. This product can be welded through without prior cleaning. Easily cleaned at room temperature with mild aqueous cleaner. |
| SYNTHETICS |
LUBRIDRAW 3477 |
High performance, high lubricity synthetic polymer, chlorine free chemistry. Perfect for replacing mid to high level chlorinated soluble oil and straight oil drawing fluids. Will make deep draws such as lawn mower decks at ratios below 1:1. Can be easily cleaned and welded over with generating smoke. |
