Food Grade Lubricants

Chemtool Incorporated offers the Baker's Dozen, a complete line of Food Grade products which include lubricating greases, synthetic greases, hydraulic fluids, gear oils and anti-wear hydraulic fluids. All our offering are National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) registered. All of our products excel in applications where incidental contact with food is a possibility.

Our Baker's Dozen include the following families:

Alpha Food Grade family is an NSF H1 high performance lubricating grease. The grease excels in applications where resistance to water washout and wide operating temperatures are absolutely necessary. The formulation of Alpha provides unsurpassed resistance to extreme oxidation and corrosion, including salt spray. Alpha performs well over a wide range of operating temperatures.

CSC Food Grade Synthetic grease contains a unique thickener technology, synthetic base fluids and proprietary additives. The formulation of this product provides unsurpassed resistance to extreme pressures and corrosion, including salt spray. CSC FG 1 also has exceptional stability even in the presence of water.

Novus™ Food Grade Hydraulic Fluids are biodegradable anti-wear fluids formulated with premium high vegetable oils. They are engineered for used in the food processing industry or related industries where H-1 lubricants are required. Our chosen additives slow down oxidation, guard against wear and prevent rust and corrosion.

CT Food Grade Gear Oils are premium performance industrial lubricants designed for use in the food processing and other sensitive industries where incidental food contact may occur. They are manufactured from synthetic hydrocarbons and severely refined base stocks. Our gear oils are extremely stable, and protect against rust and corrosion. CT FG Gear Oils are recommended for use in enclosed gear sets, reduction gears and gear drives that are located in a food processing operation.

CT Food Grade Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oils are manufactured from severly refined base stocks. Our oils provide excellent rust and oxidation resistance along with superior anti-wear protection.
