| Lithium Complex |
DURALUBE EP-2: |
A premium, lithium complex grease commonly used in automotive applications for use in wheel bearings, chassis points and other various applications. Due to its high dropping point, Duralube EP-2 meets NLGI GC-LB requirements. Duralube EP-2 is an extreme pressure grease and provides superior protection. It is priced to be competitive against most similar greases, although does not provide the premium performance as the Alpha type product chemistry. Duralube EP-2 can also be used in a variety of industrial applications and is a great choice when reducing the amount of greases used in manufacturing facilities. |

HVLC EP-2 |
A lithium complex lubricating grease, which meets GC-LB requirements, however this product contains high viscosity base fluids that provide better protection in higher temperature applications. It provides better washout properties than Duralube but does not perform as well in cold climates. Also available with moly (HVLC EP2 HTM). This is a good choice for summer construction opportunities -especially with moly. |

SLC ISO 220 |
SLC ISO 220 is a lithium complex lubricating grease formulated with 100% synthetic hydrocarbon fluids (PAO). This product has been formulated with a special additive package which insures high film strength, extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear properties. In addition, this product has a high dropping point in excess of 500° F as well as exhibiting excellent low temperature performance to temperatures of -40°F (-40°C). |

Economical, general-purpose lithium grease designed to compete with most major grease brands. This lithium - 12 hydroxy stearate thickened grease is suitable for general lubrication in a variety of industrial, household and commercial applications. This product should not be recommended for extreme conditions. Similar products are sold in farm and hardware stores. |

Aluminum complex-thickened grease that provides operating temperatures similar to that of lithium complex greases. Although lower cost alternatives, they do not provide the performance characteristics found with the Duralube or Alpha products. ALPHA 2000 |
A unique, high quality lubricating grease, which has an overbased calcium sulfonate thickener system. This thickener system combined with its mid-viscosity petroleum base fluids allow this grease to be marketed as a premium, all-purpose lubricant. ALPHA 2000 is truly a premium product for the following reasons: 1. Shear Stability: ALPHA 2000 is extremely shear stable as illustrated by its 100,000 worked penetration results. Notice that the change in penetration after 100,000 strokes is low, meaning that the grease did not soften under shear. What does this mean to you? It means you are providing your customer with a product that will not soften and run out the application during use. This also means consumption of less grease, less labor for lubricating, no mess, better sealing out of contaminants, and overall better, longer lasting lubrication. 2. Corrosion Protection: ALPHA 2000 is manufactured with a sulfonate chemistry, which is commonly used specifically as rust and corrosion inhibitors. For this reason, there is no other grease chemistry that can provide the protection against rust. Environments/applications such as marine-salt and fresh waters, transportation-road salt/grime, water treatment facilities, steel mills, paper manufacturing, and anywhere corrosive chemicals and water is contaminating the equipment. 3. Extreme Pressure/Anti-Wear Protection: This product also provides excellent EP and anti-wear properties without the traditional additive chemistry. ALPHA 2000 provides protection without the use of lead, antimony, chlorine, zinc, barium or other heavy metals, which makes this product environmentally safe. 4. High Dropping Point: In addition to ALPHA 2000 having a high dropping point, it maintains its consistency through higher temperatures better than most high temp greases. In addition, in high temperature applications where it may soften, after cooling, it will return to its original consistency-good reversibility. 5. ALPHA 2000 can be used in a variety of industrial applications making it a great choice to reduce the amount of greases used in your manufacturing facility. |

ALPHA 2000-HD |
For environments where there is constant high temperature, use ALPHA 2000-HD which has all the benefits of the ALPHA 2000, but uses polymer chemistry to provide higher viscosity and VI for better protection at the higher temperatures. Not recommended in cold climates. |

CSC 980-Tan |
An overbased calcium sulfonate thickened grease that incorporates a polyalphaolefin (PAO) base fluid. This gives all of the benefits of the ALPHA 2000 but allows for better extreme low and high temperature properties and serves as grease for "sealed for life" applications. |

CHEMPLUS 2-R |
A polyurea thickened (no metals) lubricating grease formulated specifically for electric motor applications. It does not contain extreme pressure additives and is fortified with excellent rust and oxidation inhibitors as required by most electric motor manufacturers. It also is recommended for other applications with ball bearings. Care should be exercised to be sure that other greases are cleaned out prior to use, as this product is not compatible with most other greases. |

BENTONE MOLY 3 |
Clay-thickened grease with molybdenum disulfide specifically formulated for very high temperature applications. Bentone Moly 3 is also an NLGI Grade 3 and does not have a dropping point- it doesn't melt! However in high temperature applications, frequent regreasing must occur or the organics can burn/volatilize out, leaving solid, clay residue in the bearings. Bentone Moly 3 is a great product for these high temp applications and is offered without Moly in an NLGI grade 2, Chemtemp 2. |

FMG Futura 2 (H1) |
Unique, clear grease designed for use in food processing plants and is approved for use where incidental contact may occur (H1). It provides protection in a wide variety of temperatures due to its synthetic base fluid chemistry and does not have a dropping point; excellent oven lubricants. It is also resistant to oxidation. Due to its clear appearance, it will not stain paints or fabrics and may be used in other none food applications. |

Alpha FG 2-100 |
Alpha FG 2-100 is an NLGI No. 2 high performance lubricating grease used where incidental contact with food is a possibility (H1). It also excels in applications where resistance to water washout and broad operating temperatures are absolutely necessary. The formulation of this product provides unsurpassed resistance to extreme pressures and corrosion, including salt spray. Alpha FG 2-100 also has exceptional mechanical stability even in the presence of water. It contains no heavy metals or other environmentally undesirable additives. |
