Water and its related challenges have always been a source of interest for Chemtool Incorporated. Water washout, salt and corrosion problems are familiar challenges to any grease manufacturer. Chemtool Incorporated has manufactured a premium grease product for water and its related issues called Alpha 2000. Alpha 2000 brings superior corrosion protection and water resistance. We ran the ASTM D 217 (recognized test for water resistance) test on Alpha 2000. Our test found that our Alpha 2000 remained virtually unchanged in consistency, unlike other premium greases which tend to slump or breakdown.

Greases Marine (JS)	Trailer Wheel Bearings	Duralube Special w/ Teflon	Duralube Special is a high quality, extremely versatile, lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap based grease. Duralube special is formulated with a severely hydro-treated base oil stock that has a high viscosity index and excellent resistance to oxidation and degradation. In addition, Duralube Special contains a balanced blend of rust and oxidation inhibitors, extreme pressure additives, polymers, and Teflon to enable this product to provide excellent performance in a wide variety of operations and temperatures.
Greases Marine (JS)	Trailer Wheel Bearings	Alpha 2000	Alpha 2000 may be used in a variety of applications for automotive, industrial, construction, agricultural, railroad, and mining operations. Specific applications include all chassis points for automotive, wheel bearings, fifth wheels, king pins, anti-friction bearings, low and high speed journal bearings, oven conveyors, electric motor bearings, steel mill roller bearings, and on form and earth-moving equipment. Alpha 2000 is also excellent for use in marine type applications where water washout and corrosion are of primary concern.
