All our fluids are designed specifically for today?s demanding precision applications such as cutting, tapping, broaching and grinding of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Some specific products can be utilized without the use of a chlorinated additive. They are formulated with the latest chemical innovations for lubricity, wetting, and corrosion prevention available. NuSol® Series	NuSol 21® Supreme	NUSOL® 21 Supreme is a completely new technology that Chemtool Incorporated is introducing to the metalworking industry. NUSOL® 21 Supreme is like no other metalworking fluid on the market today. NUSOL® 21 Supreme is manufactured using a proprietary process that gives the product many unique characteristics that will promote very high productivity and minimal downtime for the end user. NUSOL® 21 Supreme is formulated using a unique preformed emulsion of very small particle size. This small particle size provides a very durable and uniform lubricant film, enhanced cooling, a very clean running fluid, and exceptional hard water stability
NuSol® Series	NuSol 21® HP	NUSOL® 21 High Performance offers all the benefits of the Supreme with the added lubricity for aluminum alloys by using synthetic oils rather than the high viscosity petroleum oils. In fact HP base synthetic oil is nearly 5 times the viscosity for better film strength on tough applications.
NuSol® Series	NuSol® 21 Ultra EP	NUSOL® 21 ULTRA EP formulated specifically for demanding aluminum and exotic alloys. Whether your operation is severe roll forming or high speed micro drilling NUSOL® 21 ULTRA is formulated to surpass your expectations. The uniquely small particle size provides a durable and uniform lubricant film, offering enhanced cooling, and film strength, while maintaining a clean running fluid with exceptional hard water stability. Lubricity based on PAO Chlorine and ester.
Semi-Synthetic	Lubricut 1040	Lubricut 1040 is designed for both steel and aluminum applications. Excellent replacement for soluble oils when the customer is looking for a cleaner running product. Unique emulsifier package offers exceptional hard water stability making it the perfect choice for large aluminum central systems. Triazine free bio package. Very low foaming properties and excellent bio-resistance. Suitable for both DI water and water below 30 grains of hardness.
Semi-Synthetic	Lubricut 1144	Lubricut 1144 is built off of the same chemistry as LC 1040. It has performed extremely well in the field. Ideal for steel and aluminum. Will not stain aluminum alloys
Synthetic	LUBRICUT 4235	Lubricut 4235 is designed for steel and cast iron and is especially recommended for customers who demand superior corrosion protection.
Synthetic	LUBRICUT 4265	Lubricut 4265 has out performed competitive semi-synthetic and many soluble products. Lubricut 4265 runs clean, rejects tramp oils, is low foaming, offers excellent rust protection and is biologically stable. Lubricut 4265 is excellent for manufacturers that want to use one product throughout the plant for recycling reasons. Lubricut 4265 may be used in most light weight aluminum operations, as long as there is no roll tapping or high micro-finish reaming.
Soluble Oil	CT 250	CT 250 is a general-purpose soluble oil that can run a variety of metals on a variety of operations. CT 250 has a 6% chlorinated EP package to insure excellent tool life and work piece finishes. It offers good rust protection and relatively low foam characteristics, and also contains a biocide that is a non-formaldehyde release type.
Soluble Oil	CT 250 CT	CT 250 CT is a general purpose soluble oil with a tight emulsion that can run on a variety of operations and all metals and has a 4% chlorinated EP package to insure excellent tool life. CT 250 CT is our Cadillac soluble oil that offers the best bio-resistance.
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CHEMCUT CF 135	CHEMCUT CF 135 is 135 SUS with 0.4% inactive sulfur and 2.2% ester and is recommended for the machining of steels with machinability ratings greater than 70%. Light amber color with mild odor. CHEMCUT CF 135 is an equivalent to the Mobilmet Omicron.
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CUTALL 200 EPX	CUTALL 200 EPX is 210 SUS with 1% active sulfur, 3% chlorine and 8.5% fat and is an excellent recommendation for the job shop that machines steels with various machinability ratings, including high carbon steels, stainless steel and high alloy steels. Black in color with sulfur odor. Contains an anti-mist additive. CUTALL 200 EPX is a replacement for Rigid Dark.
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CT-237	CT-237 is 70 SUS with 1.8% active sulfur, 1.6% chlorine and 5% fat. The primary use for this CT-237 is gun drilling of ferrous materials. CT-237 isan excellent recommendation for the machining of ferrous materials on high speed automatics.
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CT-239	CT-239 is a 170 SUS material with 2.2% chlorine and a trace of inactive sulfur and may be used as dual-purpose oil in screw machines. CT-239 is primarily recommended for the machining of leaded and free machining steels. Amber color with mild odor.
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CT-8052B	CT-8052B is non-chlorinated oil designed for use on Davenport screw machines. Low viscosity makes it suitable as dual-purpose oil. CT-8052B contains phosphorus to help machining of lower machinability steels and may also be used on non-ferrous materials.
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CT-498B	CT-498B is Acculube replacement for sawing and tapping aluminum
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CHEMGRIND 4	CHEMGRIND 4 is designed for grinding carbide and is 40 SUS oil that contains an anti-oxidant for extended service life. CHEMGRIND 4 will work well with the Transor filters that are used on many carbide grinding systems.
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CHEMGRIND 200	CHEMGRIND 200 is a 200 SUS oil designed for grinding tool steel and other materials with Rockwell hardness greater than 50 and is based upon a phosphorus EP package combined with a polar lubricity package. These applications include the manufacture of drills, reamers and end mills as well as thread grinding.
Straight Oils: Cutting Oil	CHEMGRIND 210	CHEMGRIND 210 is a 200 SUS material designed for the grinding job shop that does a variety of metals. CHEMGRIND 210 is based upon the phosphorus package with sulfur to handle the softer metals as well as the high Rockwell materials.
Straight Oils: Cold Heading Oil	CHEMFORM 66-DPS	CHEMFORM 66-DPS is a 360 SUS oil with inactive sulfur and a high level of ester. It is designed to be used as dual-purpose oil for cold headers requiring ISO 68 oil for the lube side. CHEMFORM 66-DPS is classified as a medium duty forming oil and is equivalent to the Fuchs 319 IS.
Straight Oils: Cold Heading Oil	CHEMFORM 89-S	CHEMFORM 89-S is a 460 SUS oil based upon a sulfurized ester plus an additional EP lubricity additive and is recommended for flood applications for the forming of stainless steel and high carbon alloys. CHEMFORM 89-S contains 6.3% sulfur, 29% fat and is black in color.
Straight Oils: Cold Heading Oil	CHEMFORM 90-S	CHEMFORM 90-S is a 430 SUS oil based upon a sulfurized ester plus an additional EP lubricity additive and is a good recommendation for most of the cold heading applications you see in the fastener industry. CHEMFORM 90-S contains 3% sulfur, 15% fat and is black in color.
Straight Oils: Cold Heading Oil	CHEMFORM 160-S	CHEMFORM 160-S is 730 SUS oil is based upon a sulfurized ester plus an additional EP lubricity additive and is designed for the most severe applications. It is used on stainless steel and high carbon steels and may also be used in the draw box. CHEMFORM 160-S contains 7.7% sulfur, 37% fat and is black in color.
Straight Oils: EDM FLUIDS	CT EDM OIL	The CT EDM Oil is a general purpose oil for use in electrical discharge machines. The oil is designed to offer the best efficiency in a broad range of metal removal rates. CT EDM Oil is manufactured from a highly refined paraffinic base stock combined with highly effective oxidation inhibitors to significantly reduce sludge formation and prolong the useful life of the oil. It works as an insulator, but ionizes readily at applied potentials of 40 to 400 volts to conduct spark discharge.
Straight Oils: EDM FLUIDS	CT EDM GOLDEN	The CT EDM Golden is a synthetic EDM fluid and is an EDM dielectric "class 1" fluid designed to produce rapid burn speeds, excellent flushing and suspension of the swarf, greater resistance to oxidation and rapid filterability in Ram EDM operations.
