Description

SOLUBLE OILS

CT 3363

CT 3363  is a viscous yet completely emulsifiable forming oil concentrate. It is very stable in hard and soft water. CT 3363 is designed for the most severe drawing and blanking operations on cold rolled steel and stainless steel as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum.  It contains 35% chlorine and a blended surfactant package for improved emulsification and cleanability.

SOLUBLE OILS

LUBRIDRAW 3350

LUBRIDRAW 3350 is a water soluble heavy duty hard water stable forming fluid with 16% chlorine. Superior corrosion protection.  Primarily for use on ferrous metals only.

SOLUBLE OILS

LUBRIDRAW 3362

LUBRIDRAW 3362 is a non-chlorinated version of CT 3363 utilizing a higher molecular weight base oil for improved boundary lubrication on all metals.  Also contains a blend of fatty adducts for additional boundary lubrication.  For light to moderate duty forming applications on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

STRAIGHT OILS

CT 3359

CT 3359 is a non-pigmented, chlorinated straight oil for stamping and deep drawing of ferrous and steel alloys, particularly steel. CT 3359 is a blend of mineral and fatty oils with a 17% chlorine EP package. It is used for drawing automotive clutch plates and torque converters. CT 3359 has a viscosity of 1000 SUS and is cleanable in any standard cleaning system.

STRAIGHT OILS

CT 3337-TC

CT 3337-TC is a highly chlorinated straight oil (26%) that may be used on all metals and is designed for deep drawing applications. Effective for piercing steel, armor plate and stainless steel, CT 3337-TC may be used neat or cut back with naphthenic base oil. It is easily cleaned by conventional methods due to the addition of a water soluble surfactant package. However, cleaning should be done as soon as possible as the chlorine EP package will harden in time.

CT 3302

CT 3302 is a fluid and viscous (gel), yet completely emulsifiable (water-based) sulfur and chlorine free hybrid forming lubricant concentrate.  Is designed to offer outstanding performance in a variety of moderate duty forming applications for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.  It is very stable in hard and sot water.  Is formulated utilizing a unique blend of both boundary  and extreme pressure lubrication agents.  A high molecular weight petroleum hydrocarbon performed emulsion provides outstanding boundary lubrication which is complemented with additional high molecular weight polymerized esters for supplemental performance.  A high molecular weight phosphorus compound provides additional extreme pressure lubrication for improved surface finishes and extended tool life.  Designed for most moderate duty forming operations ( drawing and stamping) on cold rolled steel and stainless steel alloys, galvanized substrates as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum.

SYNTHETICS

CT 3417

CT 3417 is a synthetic, chlorinated product that may be used neat or diluted up to 20:1. Can be used in light to medium drawing operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Applications include roll forming and drawing of oil filter cans. CT 3417 can be welded through without prior cleaning. Easily cleaned at room temperature with mild aqueous cleaner.

SYNTHETICS

LUBRIDRAW 3477

LUBRIDRAW 3477 is a high performance, high lubricity synthetic polymer, chlorine free chemistry. Perfect for replacing mid to high level chlorinated soluble oil and straight oil drawing fluids. Will make deep draws such as lawn mower decks at ratios below 1:1. Can be easily cleaned and welded over without generating smoke.  Utilizes a blend o synthetic polymers, esters, sulfur and phosphorus.

LUBRIDRAW 3490

Lubridraw 3490 is a synthetic forming lubricants for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.  Contains a balanced lubrication package containing synthetic boundary and extreme pressure additives (non-chlorinated) for enhanced forming performance.  Exceptional wetting and penetration properties on all metals and multistage applications.  Easily removable with hot water or mild alkaline cleaners.  Can be used to replace highly chlorinated straight oil and soluble oil forming lubes.  Works well at typical starting concentrations of 15-20% by volume.
