Industry	Product	Description
Metalworking	NuSol® 21® HP	NuSol® 21 High Performance is a completely new technology that Chemtool Incorporated is introducing to the metalworking industry. NuSol® 21 HP is like no other metalworking fluid on the market today. NuSol® 21 HP is manufactured using a proprietary process that gives the product many unique characteristics that will promote very high productivity and minimal downtime for the end user. NuSol® 21 HP is formulated using a unique preformed emulsion of very small particle size. This small particle size provides a very durable and uniform lubricant film, enhanced cooling, a very clean running fluid, and exceptional hard water stability. NuSol® 21 HP has added lubricity for aluminum alloys by using synthetic oils rather than the high viscosity petroleum oils. In fact HP base synthetic oil is nearly five times the viscosity for better film strength on tough applications..
Metalworking	CT 250	As a general-purpose soluble oil that can run a variety of metals on a variety of operations, CT 250 has a 6% chlorinated EP package to insure excellent tool life and work piece finishes. It offers good rust protection and relatively low foam characteristics. CT 250 also contains a biocide that is a non-formaldehyde release type.
Metalworking	Lubricut 4265	Lubricut 4265 out performs competitive semi-synthetic and many soluble products. Lubricut 4265 runs clean, rejects tramp oils, is low foaming, offers excellent rust protection and is biologically stable. It is excellent for those who want to use one product throughout the plant for recycling reasons. Lubricut 4265 may be used in most light weight aluminum operations, as long as there is no roll tapping or high micro-finish reaming. The lubricity it offers is slightly less than Lubricut 4275.
Cleaners	Slice	Slice is a premium multi purpose maintenance cleaner. Formulated as a floor cleaner, sump cleaner, general purpose hard surface cleaner, and immersion cleaner. Slice has excellent degreasing properties, a fresh mild citrus scent, leaves a non skid residue and may be run at ambient to 160°F. Not recommended for spray washers.
Rust Stripper	Rust Rid	Rust Rid has a slightly acidic, nearly neutral pH used for rust removal on ferrous metals and white corrosion on aluminum. Rust Rid is also capable of stripping the toughest heat treat scale. Mild steel soak tanks may be used for this application. However, plastic or rubber lined tanks or stainless steel are recommended due to the extended bath life achieved with acid proof equipment. Concentrations of 5% to 30% and temperatures from ambient to 165°F are recommended.
Grease	ALPHA 2000	ALPHA 2000 is a unique, high quality lubricating grease, that has an overbased calcium sulfonate thickener system. This thickener system, combined with its mid-viscosity petroleum base fluids, allows this grease to be marketed as a premium, all-purpose lubricant. ALPHA 2000 is truly a premium product for the following reasons: 1. Shear Stability: ALPHA 2000 is extremely shear stable as illustrated by its 100,000 worked penetration results. Notice that the change in penetration after 100,000 strokes is low, meaning that the grease did not soften under shear. What does this mean to you? It means you are providing your customer with a product that will not soften and run out the application during use. This also means consumption of less grease, less labor for lubricating, no mess, better sealing out of contaminants, and overall better, longer lasting lubrication. 2. Corrosion Protection: ALPHA 2000 is manufactured with a sulfonate chemistry, which is commonly used specifically as rust and corrosion inhibitors. For this reason, there is no other grease chemistry that can provide the protection against rust. Environments/applications such as marine-salt and fresh waters, transportation-road salt/grime, water treatment facilities, steel mills, paper manufacturing, and anywhere corrosive chemicals and water is contaminating the equipment. 3. Extreme Pressure/Anti-Wear Protection: This product also provides excellent EP and anti-wear properties without the traditional additive chemistry. ALPHA 2000 provides protection without the use of lead, antimony, chlorine, zinc, barium or other heavy metals, which makes this product environmentally safe. 4. High Dropping Point: In addition to ALPHA 2000 having a high dropping point, it maintains its consistency through higher temperatures better than most high temp greases. In addition, in high temperature applications where it may soften, after cooling, it will return to its original consistency-good reversibility. 5. ALPHA 2000 can also be used in a variety of industrial applications and is a great choice when reducing the amount of greases used in manufacturing facilities.
Grease	ALPHA 2000-HD	For environments where there is constant high temperature, use ALPHA 2000-HD which has all the benefits of the ALPHA 2000, but uses polymer chemistry to provide higher viscosity and VI for better protection at the higher temperatures. Not recommended in cold climates.
Grease	CSC 980-Tan	An overbased calcium sulfonate thickened grease that incorporates a polyalphaolefin (PAO) base fluid. This gives all of the benefits of the ALPHA 2000 but allows for better extreme low and high temperature properties and serves as grease for "sealed for life" applications.
Bio-Based Hydrualic Fluid	Novus® THF	NOVUS® THF is a multi-functional hydraulic, transmission and wet brake fluid that provides the same component life as conventional petroleum based fluids, but includes GREATER THAN 45% RENEWABLE, PLANT-BASED CONTENT. This proprietary, patented plant-based component provides superior oxidative stability and low temperature performance compared to typical soybean or rapeseed oils. NOVUS® THF is formulated with carefully chosen additives to slow down oxidation, guard against wear and scuffing, prevent rust and corrosion, prevent foaming problems, improve load capacity and reduce brake chatter.
Penetrating Oil	Light Penetrating Oil	An excellent general purpose lubricant for all-around shop use. It can free rusted or corroded fasteners, stop squeaks, and be used as a short term rust preventive. This "clean" formula contains no extra additives for light duty applications.
Food Grade	FMG Futura 2 (H1)	Unique, clear grease designed for use in food processing plants and is approved for use where incidental contact may occur (H1). It provides protection in a wide variety of temperatures due to its synthetic base fluid chemistry and does not have a dropping point; excellent oven lubricants. It is also resistant to oxidation. Due to its clear appearance, it will not stain paints or fabrics and may be used in other none food applications.
Food Grade	Alpha FG 2-100	Alpha FG 2-100 is an NLGI No. 2 high performance lubricating grease used where incidental contact with food is a possibility (H1). It also excels in applications where resistance to water washout and broad operating temperatures are absolutely necessary. The formulation of this product provides unsurpassed resistance to extreme pressures and corrosion, including salt spray. Alpha FG 2-100 also has exceptional mechanical stability even in the presence of water. It contains no heavy metals or other environmentally undesirable additives.
