Product Description

RPAL 600 is a synthetic, water dilutable corrosion inhibitor based upon an enhanced blend of select corrosion inhibitor- surfactant chemistries. RPAL 600 is recommended for applications which require short term (1-3 months) to long term (6-9 months) indoor protection of cast iron, steel, aluminum, copper and brass alloys. RPAL 600 contains no diethanolamine or nitrites. RPAL 600 exhibits superior wetting and coverage properties on all metallic alloys. This outstanding film coverage is critical for good corrosion protection, especially on complex surfaces and geometries. It is low foaming and is an effective rust inhibitor at low concentrations for immersion application systems. RPAL 600 is completely soluble in water and may be used as either an in-process rust inhibitor or for long term finished storage. Due to the products solubility, you can tailor the products concentration to meet your protection requirements. RPAL 600 forms a near imperceptible film on machine parts for excellent corrosion protection without forming a sticky residue. It is also compatible with a variety of process water chemistries. It is an ideal choice for manufacturers and facilities processing a variety of mixed metals. RPAL 600 also exhibits mild vapor phase properties.
